WHERE DO WE SOURCE FROM?

We source from a large network of sellers locally and internationally. All of our items are authentic, both like new and pre loved. 

ARE THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate on the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We are based in Los Angeles, and offer domestic shipping for a flat rate of $15. We also offer International shipping for a flat rate of $30 and $20 to Canada.

Please note any duties or import fees incurred are additional and paid on delivery by the customer. 

CAN I RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE? 

At this time we do not offer the services to return, refund or exchange. We ask that you ask any questions you may have before purchasing with us. If you are still unsure of the condition of any item(s) and would like additional photos, measurements or fabric information feel free to contact us PRIOR to purchase. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED? 

We processes orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 3 days of order date or need expedited shipping.
